At Oudhly Attar, we strive to deliver premium-quality fragrances and ensure every customer has a great experience with us.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing from the order.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Fragrance preference or personal dislike of the scent

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Shipping Issues
